  2. of bank robberies between June 1933 and July
  3. 1934 in several states. Although captured in
  4. Ohio and Arizona, he was able to escape on
  5. both occasions before being trapped and shot
  6. by the Federal Bureau of Investigation
  7. outside the Biograph Theater in Chicago.

  9. he was not the man killed by the federal
